Terms & Conditions:

 All rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)
•
A surcharge of RM50.00 nett is applicable on eve of and on state as Federal Public holidays as shown below.
•
A surcharge of RM35.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Malaysian School Holidays as shown below.
•
Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM20.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
•
Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM50.00 nett per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•
Breakfast for Children between the age of 4 and 7 are free of charge.
•
No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.(excluding meals & extra bed )
•
Check out time: 12.00 noon
•
Check in time: 2.00 pm
•
Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•
Extended check-out during Peak Period:
- Up to 6 pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6 pm - one day's rate imposed
•
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room avalibility.
•
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

Cancellation Policy:
A one night room charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW
